The
Next Generation Internet is responsible for supporting our clients
by isolating specific problems that may be encountered by using
our Servers.
This
however, does not include fulfilling any programming based requests,
including cgi or software installation & debugging. We will
however provide basic assistance and advice based on your description
of the problem which you have encountered.

Phone support is provided daily from 9.00am to 10.00pm, Monday
to Friday, and 9.00am to 12.00pm on Saturdays.
For
critical issues (i.e. your server is down and inaccessible to
the public), The Next Generation Internet has onsite personnel
available round the clock to provide assistance.

We'll try to ensure every request is answered within 48 working
